I am a writer, editor, and communications professional with an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Saint Mary’s College of California and BA in English from University of California, Berkeley. I work in both the tech startup and higher education realms, and know from personal experience what it’s like to take the zig-zag road from dream to fruition.

Having jumped into an international market after high school, playing music on the side and writing stories and poems on the backs of receipts, I spent a decade exploring my passions before going back to school to get my degrees and move into my career.

An avid dreamer, I believe we can define ourselves however we please and that self-evolution is a necessity and an exciting journey when we are supported by people who want the best for us.
